Michael Cutbirth
Airline Transport and Jet Type rated pilot with more than 30 years experience buying, selling, owning and operating corporate aircraft. Thirty + years experience as a C-Suite executive in the energy and renewable energy business including an executive of a Fortune 10 Company. Mr. Cutbirth is also the CEO of Champlin Energy Company.
Mr. Cutbirth received a Bachelor of Science degree and Masters in Business Administration at the University of Southern California.
Pat Cutbirth
Thirty + years of experience in marketing and business development in the aircraft industry including aircraft acquisitions and sales. Member of Embraer’s design team on the Phenom 300, 500, 600 & 650. Completed the purchase and sale and pre-buy inspections and delivered dozens of corporate aircraft including corporate jets manufactured by Embraer, Cessna and Bombardier to corporate clients. Operated corporate jets for clients and managed a flight department and Part 135 charter operation as well as supervised maintenance programs for several Citation jets including a Citation X and Global Express. Licensed pilot for over 40 years. Attended Cal State University in San Luis Obispo.
Jerry Moore
Thirty + years of experience in the aircraft industry including a sales executive with Bombardier Aerospace where he managed both domestic and international sales. At that position, he achieved number one in jet sales in Latin America. Mr. Moore has sold more than $800 million in aircraft worldwide and has experience selling Bombardier, Gulfstream, Beechcraft, Cessna, Lear Jet, Falcon and other major manufacturers, including sales experience with sales in south America. Jerry is a licensed pilot and received an MBA from Washington University and a bachelor degree from Brigham Young University. He is also bi-lingual in both English and Spanish.
Ron Dech
Thirty + years of experience in aviation including more than 20+ years with Embraer as an engineer and customer support, aircraft delivery and maintenance specialist. Completed logbook review and audits in connection with delivery of 200+ corporate jet aircraft. Completed 49 logbook audits in 2025. Experience with Beechcraft, Bombardier, Cessna, Embraer Falcon Jet, Gulfstream and Lear Jet among others. Graduate of George T. Baker Aviation College.
